What you will do

• Manage the weekly supply-demand planning process for major product categories.
• Define and review mid- and long-term supply plans to ensure stability.
• Lead the end-to-end process of balancing global supply and demand and manage operational KPIs.
• Facilitate the monthly supply review (S&OP) and drive improvements to the planning process.
• Oversee the phase-in and phase-out process, ensuring master data accuracy in SAP and IBP.
• Act as a supply chain systems expert and represent the department during audits.

Requirements

• Degree in supply chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply planning.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are mandatory.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP and IBP.
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
