What you will do

• Lead and coach the order management team while overseeing the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure accuracy and optimize turnover.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance.
• Drive process improvements and automation within order processing and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and production departments to resolve issues and align purchasing plans.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, and procurement.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and inventory control best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, with preference for Infor LN.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
