What you will do

• Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile practices to ensure adherence to Scrum theory and guidelines.
• Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and proactively address team dysfunctions to maintain high performance.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and provide necessary education.
• Track and report Agile metrics to ensure transparency of progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Foster self-organization and coach teams on estimation techniques and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Must be available in the EST time zone.
• Proven experience working within Enterprise Agile SAFe frameworks.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations quickly and resolve conflicts effectively.
