What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end offensive cyber and RF-related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance on offensive cyber methodologies, tools, and operational planning.
• Serve as a technical liaison between cyber, RF, and cross-discipline engineering teams.
• Interface with clients and government agencies to communicate program status and technical progress.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams of cybersecurity specialists, RF engineers, and developers.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and identify opportunities for innovation in the offensive cyber and RF domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations (red teaming, exploit development, vulnerability research).
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs.
• Expertise in offensive cyber tools and familiarity with reverse engineering.
• Understanding of RF hardware, SDR devices, signal analysis, and spectrum monitoring platforms.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (TS/SCI w/ polygraph).

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Familiarity with end-to-end hardware-software integration processes.
• Experience productizing technology.
