What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of analysts conducting threat intelligence, incident analysis, and reporting on cyber threats.
• Direct the collection, integration, and analysis of intelligence from open-source, classified, malware, and network data.
• Oversee the production and dissemination of intelligence products, including vulnerability analysis and adversary assessments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of indicators of compromise (IOCs), from collection and validation to enrichment and dissemination.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison to senior leadership, delivering briefings and strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance analytic workflows, tool utilization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance eligibility.
• Security+ CE (CompTIA) certification (8140 baseline).
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant DoD/Federal program leadership experience.
• Experience leading all-source cyber intelligence analysis and supervising analytic teams in mission-driven environments.
• Proficiency in cyber threat intelligence methodologies, including malware analysis and indicator analysis.
• Deep understanding of network activity and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and data aggregation technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance standards.
• Experience mentoring analysts and improving analytic tradecraft.
