What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end employee off-boarding process for exiting staff.
• Support HRBPs with strategic programs and provide case management for tier 2 inquiries.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for baseline analysis.
• Partner with L&D, HR Tech, and Shared Services to improve processes and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Implement AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to utilize AI technologies to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
