What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end Partner Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement Program, including bootcamps and onboarding tracks.
- Design and update training curricula and materials reflecting the latest product capabilities and sales methodology.
- Deliver live virtual instructor-led training (ILT) sessions across various global regions and time zones.
- Develop self-paced eLearning modules and curate the partner-facing content library in the portal.
- Build and manage certification and assessment programs, including exams and sales pitch evaluations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align enablement content with GTM priorities.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland
- English: C1 level proficiency required for global delivery
- Proven experience in partner/sales enablement or L&D within a SaaS or technology company.
- Ability to design and deliver training in multiple formats (ILT, eLearning, virtual workshops).
- Experience managing certification and assessment programs.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and partner portals (e.g., Docebo, MindTickle, Impartner).
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and channel program structures.
Nice to have
- Experience in treasury management or financial technology (Fintech).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for tracking certifications and metrics.
