What you will do

• Develop, scale, and execute the local Ads & Promos strategy for restaurant and retail partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable commercial plans with GOV impact.
• Lead strategic B2B conversations, business reviews, and negotiations as the Ads & Promos expert.
• Coach and motivate a team of account managers to execute high-impact campaigns and maintain budget discipline.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align global and local initiatives.
• Manage and optimize ads campaigns using Looker, translating data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English.
• 2+ years of account management, sales, or marketing experience in a high-growth, data-driven B2B environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex negotiations.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales reporting tools like Looker.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use AI in daily workflows to optimize campaigns.
• Must be based in Croatia to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail media, performance, or paid media marketing.
• Prior experience working with enterprise clients.
