User Researcher (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and execute mixed-method research including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Support CX measurement activities using NPS, CSAT, and Net Ease to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate products based on client feedback.
• Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and research artifacts like personas and playbooks.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools to enhance research efficiency in synthesis and planning.
• Partner with stakeholders to align research studies with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/User Research with a portfolio of impactful work.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative (statistical analysis) and qualitative (ethnography) methodologies.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with product and design leaders.
• Proficiency with research tools such as Figma, Dovetail, UserTesting, or Qualtrics.
• Ability to operate independently on projects and engage stakeholders.
• Must have right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
