What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of client deliverables, including communications, data requests, RFPs, and DDQs.
  • Partner cross-functionally and globally with Investing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Develop dashboards and synthesize investment trends, flows, and client feedback to support business planning.
  • Manage key client accounts and provide exceptional service across various alternative asset classes.
  • Contribute to the ANZ Client Business Strategy through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate client events, meetings, and marketing collateral to strengthen engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in distribution, investor relations, asset management, or investment consulting.
  • Broad knowledge of the Australian asset management landscape and financial markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools like Morningstar.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
