What you will do

• Lead and manage Regional Sales Managers within the Alpine region to achieve sales goals.
• Drive strategic planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development.
• Act as a coach, mentor, and educator for the regional sales leadership team.
• Identify and qualify high-level sales opportunities within the Alpine market.
• Establish short-term and long-term metrics and quotas in alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience and an established professional network within the Alpine tech market.
• Previous experience in a first-line people leadership role.
• Expertise in target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques.
• Written and spoken fluency in German and English.
• Must be located in Switzerland.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to improve business efficiency and decision-making.
