What you will do

• Determine functional impacts on the IT domain based on business and architecture requirements.
• Design features by splitting epics and managing interdependencies in a functional roadmap.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders across different business areas and countries.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to select optimal technical solutions.
• Coach teams on feature definition, estimation, and roadmap creation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in IT business analysis within the banking sector.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Practical knowledge of modern API development, microservices, databases, and operating systems.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
