What you will do

• Establish and grow the regional business based on market potential and analysis.
• Train, monitor, and manage District Sales Managers (DSM) and promoter teams to hit productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with traditional and modern merchants.
• Oversee regional operations, target distribution, and application quality (approval ratios).
• Design expansion plans and organize local promotional events to increase sales.
• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors to fulfill manpower and promoter requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head in a similar field.
• Strong leadership skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Possess valid driving licenses (A and C).
• Experience in recruitment, sales management, and risk handling.
