What you will do

• Staff the Fleet Operations department (warehouses) across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and coach them on best practices.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing to final hiring.
• Proactively build diversified candidate pipelines using various search and sourcing techniques.
• Ensure a stellar candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
• Collaborate with the wider People & Culture function to strengthen overall talent acquisition practices.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German.
• Several years of experience in end-to-end volume recruitment for warehouse or blue-collar roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with various sourcing techniques to find talent beyond obvious platforms.
• Proficiency with recruitment systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin.
