What you will do
- Own the full talent lifecycle from job design and scoping to sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
- Build a proactive talent engine to attract high-quality inbound and outbound candidates.
- Improve hiring quality by implementing scorecards and training interviewers for a consistent candidate experience.
- Develop the employer brand for Tech and AI talent through content, events, and referral loops.
- Partner with founders to establish company rituals, onboarding processes, and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced startups, scale-ups, or agencies.
- Proven track record of hiring top-tier talent in early-stage environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly and make fast, data-driven decisions.
- Strong systems thinking approach to process improvement.
