What you will do
- Take ownership of quality throughout the SDLC, from requirements and design to production.
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve testing, defect detection, and risk analysis.
- Design and maintain quality strategies using exploratory testing, API, UI, and integration automation.
- Contribute to the global QA strategy by experimenting with new technologies and sustainable ways of working.
- Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and architects to foster a quality-first culture.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to increase engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software testing and a deep understanding of agile development.
- Proven experience testing complex systems, including API, integration, and UI automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Genuine interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application to software quality.
- English: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Swedish language skills.
- Experience coaching or guiding colleagues on quality practices.
