Location: Hybrid in Malmö, Sweden (Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvement of QA practices, workflows, and collaboration models studio-wide.
• Champion quality ownership across disciplines to reduce reactive firefighting and late-stage discovery.
• Improve operational visibility into quality risks and release readiness through metrics, telemetry, and reporting.
• Evaluate and modernize QA tooling, test infrastructure, and verification workflows.
• Support, mentor, and grow the QA team, managing performance, goal-setting, and hiring.

Requirements

• Proven track record of improving how teams collaborate around quality at an organizational level.
• Experience in complex, adaptive environments with a focus on observability and transparency.
• Ability to balance organizational structure with the flexibility to iterate.
• Must be based in Malmö or able to comply with the hybrid office schedule.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
