What you will do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Utilize solution-based selling to align product value propositions with customer needs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Revolut Business products and market positioning.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Romanian is required.
• 1+ years of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Strong communication skills for phone-based articulation and professional written outreach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing sales culture.
• Strong organizational skills for CRM administration and deal closing.
