What you will do

• Oversee planned, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance consistent with SLAs.
• Manage and mentor the technical site team, handling scheduling and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain HSE, quality, and risk management systems in line with company standards.
• Manage the lifecycle of technical assets and oversee utilities usage and cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate daily operations as a communication hub between leadership and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
• Qualified Electrician with a Wireman's license and hirify.global DOL registration.
• Minimum N3 qualification or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a facilities environment in a similar role.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.

• Background in Facilities Management.
• Experience with HVAC systems and testing electrical installations.
• Skills in report writing and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in vendor contract management and basic HR functions.
