What you will do

• Drive and govern the full Product Life Cycle Process across engineering, production, and product management.
• Manage industrialisation activities and design-for-manufacturability initiatives to ensure production readiness.
• Define and coordinate environmental qualification and compliance activities.
• Control engineering change processes, technical reviews, and configuration management.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across engineering and production support.

Requirements

• Minimum BEng Degree in Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years, preferably 8 years, experience in design and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing full product development lifecycle to production-ready state.
• Strong knowledge of product development, PLM processes, and manufacturing procedures.
• Experience with environmental standards such as MIL-STD and/or DO-160.
