What you will do

• Build, hire, and develop a high-performing System Test team in Taipei.
• Define and execute post-silicon system test strategies including functional, stress, and endurance validation.
• Drive test automation and CI integration to improve release confidence.
• Partner with Firmware, Driver, and Product teams to ensure robust validation coverage.
• Represent system test status and quality outcomes to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 10+ years of experience or MS with 8+ years.
• Experience working on DVT and EVT devices.
• Knowledge of embedded systems including Windows, Linux, and RTOS.
• Experience with MCU and DSP cores.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, C, or C++.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building and growing technical teams.
• Experience with cross-functional and offshore communication.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Agile Scrum.
• Experience with lab equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
