What you will do

• Manage day-to-day payroll, timekeeping, leave, and employee data operations.
• Verify payroll reports and reconcile data before transmission to clients.
• Calculate and submit salaries, taxes, social contributions, and benefits for contractors.
• Drive improvements in payroll systems and standardize processes across client accounts.
• Resolve payroll inquiries from contractors, clients, and internal partners.
• Collaborate with the Reporting team on month-end closing and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (speak, read, write) is required to support business operations in China.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll cycles and statutory year-end processes.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to handle large, sensitive datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
