What you will do

• Build and lead a local team to define and implement the lending strategy in Brazil.
• Oversee branch activities and manage the overall risk of the local loan portfolio.
• Establish and execute underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policies.
• Interact with local regulators and authorities to ensure compliance.
• Manage validation of the underwriting strategy and lead preventative and reactive market actions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a bank executive.
• Expertise in retail lending products in the Brazilian market.
• Extensive experience building risk models and managing credit decisioning.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of credit portfolio performance and regulatory engagement.
• Excellent logical reasoning and communication skills.
