What you will do

  • Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.
  • Create tailored private flight solutions, including aircraft selection, pricing, and route logistics.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless flight execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility within CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules to ensure 24/7 responsiveness for time-sensitive requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and comfortable working remotely.
  • Proven experience in high-ticket, relationship-based sales or luxury services.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills required for premium client interactions.
  • Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in private aviation, charter sales, or luxury hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Avinode or other charter quoting systems.
  • Understanding of Part 135 operations and private aviation logistics.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions.
