What you will do
- Manage inbound charter inquiries and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives.
- Create tailored private flight solutions, including aircraft selection, pricing, and route logistics.
- Coordinate with internal operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless flight execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline visibility within CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules to ensure 24/7 responsiveness for time-sensitive requests.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and comfortable working remotely.
- Proven experience in high-ticket, relationship-based sales or luxury services.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills required for premium client interactions.
- Ability to work EST hours with rotating on-call availability.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in private aviation, charter sales, or luxury hospitality.
- Familiarity with Avinode or other charter quoting systems.
- Understanding of Part 135 operations and private aviation logistics.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions.
