What you will do

• Partner with leadership to scope and deliver high-impact analytical content for trade collateral and business planning.
• Analyze NIQ datasets to identify consumption trends, shopper behaviors, and market opportunities.
• Develop compelling data-driven presentations to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead internal workstreams to socialize product enhancements and represent the Voice of the Customer.
• Build business cases for product coding and category hierarchy changes based on customer feedback.
• Support onboarding and enablement activities for Emerging Brands products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Market Research, FMCG, or Commercial Analytics.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 or above) required.
• Deep understanding of FMCG performance metrics such as ACV, TDP, and velocity.
• Extensive knowledge of NIQ solutions including The Full View and OmniShopper.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
