What you will do

• Define architectural vision and roadmaps for managed customer engagements (COEs).
• Shape the transition from sales to delivery by defining solution intent and required skills.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers to ensure delivery stays true to the architectural roadmap.
• Identify and bring in deep specialists for specific engagement needs like migration or ESM.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including CIOs and CTOs.
• Create reusable architecture frameworks and maturity guides to scale team capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or delivery leadership (or 5 years with a Master's degree).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Atlassian solutions at scale including security and governance.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian integrations, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), SSO, and APIs.
• Experience guiding customers through significant technology and process change.
• Must be based in the United States as this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build consensus across IT, operations, and business teams.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture, ITIL Expert, SAFe, DevOps, or Prosci Change Management.
• Multiple Atlassian Certifications (ACP, Atlassian Certified Master).
