Location: Hybrid, with periodic onsite support required in Baltimore, Maryland.

Salary: $98,614 – $167,644

What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture support across strategic initiatives and modernization efforts.
• Assess current-state and target-state architectures to improve standardization and technical coherence.
• Advise program and product teams on architecture standards, integration patterns, and technical tradeoffs.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, program managers, and governance teams to align architecture with organizational goals.
• Contribute to roadmaps, technical assessments, white papers, and architecture planning materials.
• Promote compliance with enterprise standards and interoperability requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-level infrastructure, applications, or platforms in a large organizational environment.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical architecture roles.
• Ability to operate above the project level and work across diverse business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of governance processes and enterprise decision-making forums.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• TOGAF certification.
• Experience working in a federal environment or similarly regulated enterprise setting.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or M365.
• Experience supporting cloud, mainframe, or hybrid environment architecture decisions.
