Location: Vilnius office or remote within Lithuania

Salary: €7,500 - €8,300 gross monthly

What you will do

• Advise on structuring new and existing financial products such as mortgages, consumer and business lending, and payments
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for financial products
• Support expansion and structuring of Revolut’s financial features
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Engage and collaborate with European and local regulators
• Lead legal workstreams and handle complex legal matters with short turnaround times

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years PQE
• Fluency in English
• Proven expertise in European financial regulation and consumer lending
• In-depth understanding of PSD2, CRD, MCD, and CCD
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
