What you will do

• Design and develop scalable dashboards and user interfaces for robotics traffic management and telemetry.
• Build cloud-native APIs and microservices using REST, gRPC, and MQTT for machine-to-cloud communication.
• Develop IoT solutions using Azure IoT Hub, Event Hub, and Azure Functions for secure telemetry ingestion.
• Integrate cloud services with robotic systems to enable remote monitoring and automation capabilities.
• Implement observability using metrics, distributed logging, and alerting to support high-availability solutions.
• Collaborate with robotics engineers and telemetry platform teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of four years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Must be able to work on-site in Frimley, UK.

Nice to have

• Exposure to robotics, autonomous vehicles, or industrial automation.
• Experience with ROS or ROS2 and simulation environments.
• Experience with telemetry systems or fleet management platforms.
