What you will do

• Execute 100+ outbound calls daily to customers with overdue invoices.
• Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and secure payment commitments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies causing payment delays.
• Maintain precise records of all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates on payment status and recovery progress.
• Identify and report recurring issues to improve collections processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or high-volume outbound calling.
• Ability to consistently manage 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations and objections.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
