Salary: $60,000 – $140,000 USD

What you will do

• Support all phases of experiential projects from initial concept development to execution and post-event reporting.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while overseeing vendor sourcing and negotiations.
• Provide on-site support during activations, facilitating communication between the agency and suppliers.
• Collaborate with creative, social media, and PR teams to ensure integrated program execution.
• Track expenses, process invoices, and assist in budget reconciliation.
• Coordinate vehicle procurement and logistics for experiential displays.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Detroit, MI
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing or event planning
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in budget management and vendor negotiation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events

Nice to have

• Experience working on automotive or luxury brand accounts
