What you will do

• Lead product teams to deliver business outcomes through strong product management practices and iterative development.
• Manage a portfolio of product solutions, including planning, prioritization, and delivery across the product lifecycle.
• Serve as a product thought leader, applying market context and human-centered design principles.
• Engage with customers and users to identify needs, translate insights into hypotheses, and refine solutions.
• Communicate resource capacity and demand while advocating for models that support business strategy.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team while promoting operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including in a product manager role.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, and market research.
• Proven success in developing business cases, roadmaps, and enterprise-level strategy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive facilitation skills.
• Strong ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities.
