What you will do

• Prepare, present, and explain insurance quotes for personal and commercial lines.
• Provide day-to-day policy servicing and client support.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, prospects, and insurance carriers.
• Support licensed sales activities as directed by the agency.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing requests.

Requirements

• Active US Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Resident license required).
• Minimum 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Must be located outside the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
• Experience with personal or commercial lines.

Nice to have

• Experience with agency management systems like Applied Epic, AMS360, or HawkSoft.
• Familiarity with major US insurance carriers.
• Experience with personal or commercial lines coding.
• Previous experience supporting a US-based insurance agency remotely.
