Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX / Dallas, TX) - Must work from office 3 days/week

What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Explain homeowners insurance coverages, policy options, billing, and endorsements clearly.
- Strive for First Call Resolution (FCR) to minimize the need for repeat customer contacts.
- Identify customer needs and make referrals for additional products or partner offerings.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Billing, and Claims departments to ensure timely request resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and policy changes in company systems.
Requirements
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance customer service experience in a call center or contact center environment.
- Intermediate PC skills, focusing on the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to navigate between multiple proprietary applications and windows simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts Mon-Fri (7 AM – 8 PM) and potentially Saturdays (9 AM – 6 PM).
