What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for the team: quality, velocity, cost, and customer impact.
• Establish and maintain AI-native team practices, including tooling, patterns, and standards.
• Coach Builders to integrate AI effectively and raise the team’s collective AI fluency.
• Hire, develop, and retain Builders who thrive in an AI-native environment.
• Remove technical and organizational blockers that prevent shipping at pace.
• Ensure transparent communication by making work, progress, and challenges visible.

Requirements

• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and coaching people at all levels, including junior staff.
• Experience building cloud services/applications.
• Strong technical background to dive deep into architecture, system design, and code reviews.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team software programs on time and at quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Culture & Benefits

• Minimum base pay: PLN 33,200 monthly.
