What you will do
- Own a seven-figure new business quota and manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
- Build and maintain a target account list of 40–60 enterprise healthcare staffing firms.
- Execute a full-cycle sales motion for deals ranging from $250K to $2M+.
- Partner with GTM leadership and the CEO on strategic deals and account planning.
- Provide structured market feedback to influence product priorities and pricing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast hygiene in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS or tech-enabled enterprise sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience carrying a seven-figure quota.
- Direct experience selling background screening, HR tech, or compliance-heavy solutions.
- Existing relationships within healthcare staffing or regulated industries.
- Proven track record of building pipeline through self-directed outbound and network activation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
