What you will do

• Plan and execute in-person events for ultra-high-net-worth clients to foster relationships and drive acquisition.
• Align event programming with broader business objectives and track commercial KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to curate engaging content, speaker selection, and interactive activations.
• Manage multiple event projects simultaneously, including budget oversight and vendor coordination.
• Utilize Salesforce to track attendee data, manage registrations, and generate performance reports.
• Lead and mentor 2-3 junior team members in end-to-end event planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 6+ years of professional experience in event management or marketing
• Strong knowledge of financial services products relevant to ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required
• Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
