What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead commercial relationships and ensure excellent client experience.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue through cross-selling and up-selling tailored solutions.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the company's value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, and high-level negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of cloud, software, and digital technology solutions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Must be based in Santiago, Chile.
