What you will do

  • Structure complex escrow arrangements for M&A, private placements, and litigation settlements.
  • Partner with Legal and Operations to negotiate customized Escrow Agreements and protect the firm's risk profile.
  • Act as a product Subject Matter Expert for Coverage teams during high-value client pitches and RFP responses.
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for the Escrow product suite, focusing on digitization and scalability.
  • Implement robust risk management practices, including KYC and AML compliance.
  • Oversee the escrow and DACA payment lifecycle to ensure accurate documentation and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; JD or MBA highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Trust, or Escrow Services.
  • Deep understanding of capital market transactions, SPAs, and legal mechanics of Escrow and DACA structures.
  • Proven track record of managing product P&L, fee structures, and pricing strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across legal and operational teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex structural concepts into commercial solutions.
