Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year.

What you will do

• Drive completion of Enterprise Hierarchies initiative partnering with platform architect on data models and system dependencies.
• Own processor certification work with accountability for non-negotiable external deadlines.
• Manage PCI DSS compliance translating requirements into engineering tasks.
• Maintain and prioritize quarterly product backlog based on deadlines, dependencies, and cost of delay.
• Lead backlog refinement ensuring clear acceptance criteria aligned with processor specifications.
• Serve as single point of contact for external processor relationships and certification timelines.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following US states: CA, IL, TX, MN, CO, GA, CT, NY, or MA.
• 7+ years product management experience in platform/infrastructure within payments or fintech.
• Experience with processor certifications, payment network integrations, and compliance frameworks.
• Technical knowledge of data architecture and multi-tenant platform design.
• 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Deep understanding of payment processing flows and external compliance deadlines.

Nice to have

• CS or technical degree, coding bootcamp, or technical certifications.
• Experience at payment processors, banks, or fintech infrastructure companies.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SOC2, and terminal/hardware product lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog tools.
