What you will do

• Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions and investigate reconciliation breaks.
• Manage liquidity across accounts to meet client funding requirements.
• Build funding models for new product launches.
• Oversee the correct booking, processing, and execution of trades by the Settlements team.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Settlements Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payment settlement processes and methods such as SWIFT, SPEI, SIAC, and SPID.
• Technological curiosity and willingness to learn tools like SQL.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of settling diverse products including derivatives and equities.
• Experience with margin management.
• Ability to design and improve internal processes.
