What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts to build trust and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the full customer journey, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, and retention.
• Implement strategies to expand accounts, increase retention, and drive overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve customer pain points and forecast future needs.
• Track and update customer success metrics to ensure high engagement with product features.
• Drive functional integration between hirify.global's platform and clients' ERP systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• Proven expertise and passion for FinTech, including a strong understanding of accounting and expense management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Experience using CRM software, customer success tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage complex relationships with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in business or a related field.
