What you will do

• Develop relationships with prospects to improve their operational efficiency using hirify.global.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans and activities.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and data-supported documents to potential customers.
• Lead and coordinate contract negotiations through to a successful close.
• Analyze market potential and track relevant sales metrics.
• Represent the brand at events, conferences, and networking activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Startup experience is a must.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fintech, accounting, and expense management systems.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech and/or SaaS.
