What you will do
- Drive local technology architecture and implement regional tech and data strategy.
- Oversee tech governance, including framework management and representation in group committees.
- Coordinate transformation programs, system migrations, and operational model setups.
- Build a reliable and scalable tech ecosystem aligned with global standards.
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to shape customer migration and feature delivery.
- Present technical strategy and progress to the Board.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- 7+ years of experience in technology architecture within the finance sector.
- Deep familiarity with Colombian Central Bank regulatory and security requirements.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and data risk frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a relevant field.
