What you will do

• Drive local technology architecture and implement regional tech and data strategy.
• Oversee tech governance, including framework management and representation in group committees.
• Coordinate transformation programs, system migrations, and operational model setups.
• Build a reliable and scalable tech ecosystem aligned with global standards.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to shape customer migration and feature delivery.
• Present technical strategy and progress to the Board.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• 7+ years of experience in technology architecture within the finance sector.
• Deep familiarity with Colombian Central Bank regulatory and security requirements.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, and data risk frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a relevant field.
