Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop the performance creative methodology and playbooks for versioning and A/B testing from pitch to production.
- Embed a performance lens into early-stage client conversations to connect creative approach to KPIs.
- Oversee and evolve existing digital performance creative capabilities and provide strategic direction.
- Act as the senior performance creative voice in client relationships, presenting data-driven POVs and optimization recommendations.
- Create organizational benchmarks, best practice guides, and case studies to make performance thinking scalable.
- Partner with Creative Technology to define technology requirements for optimization and versioning at scale.
Requirements
- Expertise in performance creative across paid media environments including digital, social, and CTV.
- Fluency in media planning, buying, and measurement frameworks across various platforms.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and influence cross-functional creative, sales, and tech teams.
- Strong data literacy and analytical rigor to translate campaign reporting into creative narratives.
- Director-level seniority with experience leading a capability or team.
- Must be based in New York for a hybrid schedule (minimum 4 days per week in office)
