What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle new-business motion from initial touch to signed contract.
• Generate a pipeline from scratch targeting both SMB and Enterprise sectors.
• Partner with the GM, Europe to shape and define the regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
• Design tailored, data-supported presentations to solve specific customer pain points.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals and upsell opportunities for closed accounts.
• Represent the company as a brand advocate at local events, conferences, and networking activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Direct experience in a startup environment is mandatory.
• Experience in Fintech or SaaS is highly preferred.
• High proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Valid right to work in Ireland is required.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
