What you will do

• Partner with the central UAE marketing team to localize and scale global design, performance, and content resources for Europe.
• Execute a full-funnel growth plan involving paid media, SEO, local events, partnerships, and ABM campaigns.
• Analyze the European spend-management landscape to develop competitive intelligence and localized positioning.
• Perform agile delivery tasks, including website CMS updates and Figma asset tweaks for local campaigns.
• Lead field marketing efforts, trade shows, and webinars to attract CFOs and finance leaders.
• Run structured growth experiments and track performance to create repeatable marketing playbooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a versatile marketing role, ideally within fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to operate in a regional scaling role while leveraging resources from a global Head Office.
• Strong foundations in growth, product marketing, and event management.
• Practical ability to independently use website CMS and basic design platforms.
• Experience thriving in high-growth, high-urgency startup environments.
• Must be based in Dublin
