What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-seniority team of Full Stack and Embedded engineers.
• Drive engineering excellence by setting standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Staff Engineers to translate complex robotic functionality into stable, scalable products.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of products ranging from Vue.js frontends to Linux-based industrial interfaces.
• Manage technical debt and architectural health to ensure long-term system stability.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align technical requirements with customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing technical teams in robotics or industrial IoT.
• Deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, Vue.js, and Docker-based deployments in Linux environments.
• Proven track record of driving an AI-first engineering culture and implementing agentic workflows.
• Expert knowledge in modern SDLC practices and improving system stability.
• Very good English skills for complex architectural discussions and stakeholder communication.
• Hardware empathy and a strong culture of high ownership.
