What you will do

• Direct unionized workforce operations with a focus on safety, accountability, and technical excellence under labor agreements.
• Own preventive maintenance programs, facility optimization, and equipment lifecycle planning using CMMS and BAS to track work orders, labor hours, and maintenance trends.
• Oversee technical integration by reviewing schematics, drawings, and contract documents to ensure maintenance activities meet required standards.
• Maintain regulatory rigor for safety and environmental requirements; lead incident investigations and hazard assessments.
• Lead emergency preparedness and disaster recovery by developing and enforcing response protocols for site integrity and personnel safety.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance scheduling; optimize labor costs and capital expenditures and run daily/weekly operational meetings with contractors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of facility/industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing unionized personnel in a collaborative environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, including CMMS usage and interpreting technical specifications.
• High school diploma/GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred).
