What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Lead projects focused on improving hiring quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Use data, AI, and automation to optimize recruiting processes and support decision-making.
• Build and improve recruiting playbooks, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on employer branding and interview excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English for daily activities, meetings, and interviews.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading projects or driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.

• Experience in high-growth technology companies.
